Young swan help

Hi lads there is a young sswan in the field becide my house it seems disorientated and lost. there was a bad storm last night and still is. should I feed it or what?

corn if you have it if nothing else a little bread.
if there is a wildlife rescue near you i would give them a call. they will send someone out to access it and if need be capture it and help it make a full recover. good luck

It may just be sheltering from the storm, or taking a rest..so go easy with it, and dont spook it. How do you know it is disorientated?? How do you know it is a "young" swan? If it knows its age, it cant be that disorientated....

Seriously, just keep an eye on it but you dont want to spook it and make it fly into a storm when it could just be resting....

White Bread is a no no :thumbdown: (angel wing). Just keep your eye on it and notify the local rescue cent.

Bread is ok if you soak it first, and then give it the bird moist....
