there was a guy fishing about 100 yards down i was there 3 hours and he never caught anything ,i could have had a bag full from around my feet easily

we were fishing for salmon a few times that year. we fished the clyde at the salmon gates at blantyre. they were fishing jumping everywhere but we never had any luck. found it quite hard to be honest. a few times we just sat n watched at the falls. great fish
