Roast pumpkin seeds

Just tried this and its good, dont throw out the pumpkin seeds when you carve the kids pumpkins.

Collect the seeds and rinse them.
Put them in a pan of water along with a level tablespoon of salt and bring to boil then simmer for 10 mins
Drain them
Put them in a roasting dish with a drizle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper
Cook for about 15 mins in an oven pre-heated to 200c or until starting to brown

Thats it, and real tasty!

as for putting lead in your pencil..ive 3 kids and ive had the lead took out of my pencil :clapper:
