well after a lot of searching for sloe berries here in australia ,i finally found some ,already frozen .so ive now made my first batch of sloe gin . tis now ten days in the bottle and i have this cloudy film on the top ,shake and it disappears.is this a problem.cheers .

i dont think it should be you can always filter it through muslin cloth when you remove the fruit...that may remove the film

i dont think it will get chance, mines been in for three days and its the same, cant wait to try it.
