To be perfectly candid i have tried such products as at one time i used to be able to get them very cheaply. However, i did not ever notice a difference in performance. Maybe just a good diet and plenty of work is more important that supplements? I don't know either way.......JD

it would be very hard to notice a difference by using these products unless the previous diet was complete crap....but i find it helps if your feeding a lot of raw meat and lacking in some vitimines.....and for me its is more convienent than having to add raw blended veg every day..
