Will most likely be as bad as the rest of the LH shows, but still better than B+Q on a Sunday ........... There's all winter for that! :(

Cheshire Game & Country Fair, Oct 10 to Oct 11, 2009
Living Heritage's 2nd Cheshire Game and Country Fair to be held at Cheshire County Showground on Flittogate Lane, Tabley. The show features an established variety of attractions and demonstrations in the main arena. There is also the Falconry Village, Craft Village, Food Glorious Food with cookery demonstrations, children's amusements and much more to keep all the family entertained throughout the day!

Please note Lurcherworld will only be holding racing classes at our Cheshire Game & Country Fair as the Show Finals are taking place the weekend prior at Knebworth.

Prices: Adults £8.00 / OAP's £7.00 / Children £4.00

Open 10.00am to 6.00pm Daily

Venue - Cheshire Showground, Cheshire County Showground, Tabley, Nr Knutsford, WA16 0HJ

Check this though!!!!!

"Lurchers and Terriers are important to country life and are used for hunting and pest control. They have progressed into racing and showing at Game & Country Fairs."

f*****g Nora!!!! If that's progression .......................... :o

Anyone bothering with this one?

We were there today....and going back tomorrow. Never been to this one before, we were late and missed the terrier racing...will try to get there tomorrow. Watched some of the longdogs go and had a chat to a few who were about. Not gonna say how but we got free tickets for tomorrow so a shame to waste them and we may get there earlier, if my daughter is well, so we'll see what our lad can enter then!!!

See any of you there....we will be the only ones [if today was anything to go by] with a Plummer!! lol

ATB

p.s. anyone heard a weather report for tomorrow...???
