has anyone fitted a dimmer to a lightforce 170 and if so were did you get it from

a dimmer switch can be obtained from sportsman gun centre /deben etc for around £ 43 + p+p

no need for a dimmer switch mate, why buy a powerful lamp when you are going to dim the beam?? (just wasting battery life if you ask me, turning it up and down all the time)

just move the lamp over to the side of the rabbit........so the concentrated source of light is in the direction the rabbit is facing n the less bright part of the beam is on the rabbit.
