Peregrine..

Down on the Pembrokshire coast last week, managed this shot of a Peregrine sat looking out to sea. Focal length right out at 200mm, stopped it down a bit F7.1, wind blowing like mad, used my old mans shoulder to rest on.. this was the pick of the bunch, just wish i could have got closer!
Soon took to the wing, joined by another, drifted in the wind for a couple of fields, then one dropped out of the sky into a field full of crows.. nice!

Nice lens too :) I wonder how close that'll focus? Probably about 50 feet!
