just finished makeing a load of sausages and burgers any use make your own , we use one hamburger mix a bit pepper dry cranberies some pork fat,and the whole beast without the fillets , get a about seventy or more out one good size roe buck .,real good, make veni mince for pies ,normal mince for stewing,no fat and lovly , any youse do alot with them when out stalking and flushing to the gun, we make roasts , mates got a butcher shop, game pies etc
