While I was out last night I spotted this badger in the middle of a grass field . On walking up to it I expected it to run but instead it tried to hide in the non existent grass. I literally took the photo inches from its nose end :icon_eek: Eventually it toddled off into the night ................

love seeing the badgers out and about theres loads on one of my permissions we often seen them out when we there

Personally i'm not a fan of old brock and think the population could do with a bit of a smackdown. Good pic though mate.

Cracking picture FH :clapper:. I was with a lad a week or so ago as we walked through some setaside when we litteraly walked onto a fox just a few yards infront of us sunning himself well within shotgun range! He had a bit of a shock when he woke and saw two people standing just a few yards away.....
