court appearence ,advice pls any advice ?

hi all i have got a court appearence on 2nd october for careless driving, a plastic copper has it in for me he says he seen me ride a motorbike across a field and drive of when he approached me ive had 3 charges against me i was at my parents digging a pond at the time of the so callled offence ,police have beeen and took steatements to prove i wasnt there then i thought nothing else of it and suprise a summons ,he also has me for killing a cat at the same time with two lurchers and making threats to get my dogs put down, hes snooping over my gate looking at my kennals going round me car like a traffic cop checking tyres etc and asking neighbours if i go out at night etc anybody got any advice on how to approach this matter except plead not guilty im gonna have this traffic warden help me ,other than that i dont own a bike i have one dog and they is no evidence how on earth can i get charged ?

no its not true so i dont no how they can charge me usual police rubbish ,i wouldnt be bothered about a moggy dogs kill cats cats kill mice ?that means nothing to me but i have one dog not two they didnt even check my kennals its all wrong and annoying me

Just get a decent solicitor mate and they will sort it out, i've been summonsed a few times for stuff i didn't do and my solicitor has getting me off with it.

he's stalkin you by the sounds of it, get an injuction on him or something.
if that dont work run the fcuker off no plastic no trouble :angel: :blink:

police are complete waste of time ive just been and wrote an essay to complain against that plazzie police man lets see [BANNED TEXT] happens thanks for advice

Do you have hunting / car / house insurance with free legal cover? May be worth a call. Or put up CCTV to record him hanging around.

take photoss of him hanging around better still cctv then put a complaint in against him for harresment

Get a neighbour to film him lurking, say he touched you up or just run him over with your motorbike :good:

if you record him make sure that you have date and time on the video so it can be used in court if it dont have it you will out that it will get thrown out. and dont have it on the main street they will have you done for invasion of privicy i know it sound daft but when i had a dog stolen i got advise of the law. good luck put your foot down they are just c**ts.

plastic police they shouldnt even be able to wear anykind of police uniform there employed buy the council they arnt police i despise them and normall coppers aswell.

hi mate, put it all in writing, everything he does, says, the lot, times, dates and what has happened, if it's not on paper, it didn't happen, that's the way the law look at things these days, keep the chin up and don't let the B*****D grind you down, as long as it's only his word against yours then you are fine
