Well today i got my first hare :D
Im looking into what is the best way to cook it. I have already skinned gutted and jointed it and Im just going to eat the legs tomorrow. The rest of it is in the freezer.
What would be the best way to cook it and if possible a full recipie i.e ingredients, time in a slow cooker/pan etc. etc.

Cheers
Jordan
