i am doing countryside mnagement at college and i have to wear steel toe capped boots for all of my practicals. so what i need is a good strong budget pair of boots which will keep my feet warm/cool in the appropriate conditions and nice and dry from the weather. also be comfortale to wear all day

does anyone have any recomendations?

i tried every single pair at mole valley and found a really comfy pair of doc martins but they were made of a meshy typed material like trainers which i thought would be aboutt as waterproof as a towel

thanks

I go through a lot of stealys and I am currently using timberland pros witch are ok. the best advice I can give you is you get what you pay for the cheap ones fall apart in no time. Macro has a good selection of work boots if there’s one near you.

i have karrimore shoes and walking boots and they are nice and comfy (shit laces though) i might have a look into that but whats sport and ski.

we have jjb, sports soccer, lillywhites and tony price down here but i dont think they do steelys.
