MY GRAN ALLWAS COOKED THEM , BOILED ON SAT MORN
BUT I DO EM IN BLACKBEAN SOURCE AND BOWL OF RICE
ANT ONE ELSE LIKE THEM

I keep my own pigs and I like to make brawn with the head feet and tails. Now that is tasty.

chinese style is the only way to go with the ears and feet, im sure theres a real good recipe in the hugh fernleigh meat book,

gonetoground......how do you roast your head

cor blimey...takes me back, me nan used to do ox-tail and trotters etc!! gotta be 20 years since I heard or had, can taste em now......

boil trotters and have them with cabbage and mash mmm
used to roast pigs head and i always would fight for the cheek meat my fav!!
glad to think i'm not the only one! too many waste this meat on the dog!! Annemarie xxx

i feel like ive been missing out, i get pig heads regular but boil em up for the dogs,NO MORE THOUGH!!!

I used to be a butcher and my favourite part of the week was making brawn :D Lovely stuff
